About the Practitioner

 

Karen is a certified BioDynamic Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner registered with the Jin Shin Jyutsu Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, and holds a certificate in Somatic Processing. She has extensive experience in Essential Oils, Aromatherapy, Access BARS, Z-Health and Health Coaching.

Karen completed her Lymphatic Drainage training following the Biodynamic Method taught by Kathleen Morrow at the School of Inner Health in Manitou Springs, CO. She has also completed Jin Shin Jyutsu training and is a certified practitioner through the Jin Shin Jyutsu Institute in Scottsdale, AZ.

Karen has completed her Somatic Processing certification, studying with instructors Susan Blue and Char Huber. Currently, Karen is is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and completed her training at Collinson Massage School in Colorado Springs, CO.

Karen continues to develop and expand her knowledge and experience to help support her clients' healing using many other tools, including Aromatherapy, Cranial Sacral, Access BARS, Reiki, Recovery Planning and so many more.

Above all, Karen believes that each person's body, mind and spirit desire to heal, and she helps support her many clients along their journey to achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.
